Stamparija RP is a family company, now in its second generation, that has produced self-adhesive labels by roll-to-roll flexo printing since 1989. We work because we have to, and they say the best companies are the ones that work because they have to. We do not have standard products, we have solutions for each customer's specific needs. Our customers are manufacturing companies from the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, large retail chains, and export-oriented companies from Serbia and the region.

That courageous decision was made in 1989 by the company's founders, engineer Zvonko Petrović and Milomir Rakić. They started with equipment that could fit on a single workbench. After several moves, we finally settled in. Our equipment now sits in a space we own outright, which is a good reason to remember where we started. We still follow the founders' advice: that success comes from within, that we maintain fair partnerships with customers and suppliers, and that we never play a game where one side's gain is another's loss.
"Disappointment and pain carry thoughts back to the past," wrote Ivo Andrić. With us, it is the opposite: we talk about our beginnings cheerfully, because that story is still being written. The company today is run by the second generation. Marko Rakić has taken over the ownership his father Milomir once held, and Milomir is still here, most often on the production floor, among the machines, right where he has always felt most at home.
That is why the founders' five pieces of advice are not framed on a wall. You hear them live, usually right when a decision needs to be made.

It sounds like a play on words, but in practice it is the most expensive lesson we have learned. A spare cylinder, a spare roll of material, and a spare hour in a shift do not pay off on the day you buy them, but on the day something goes wrong.

For export products, we offer multilayer labels with multilingual declarations that comply with EU regulations, letting you cover every market with a single SKU.

Flexo printing is most economical for medium and large runs, but we discuss every project on its own terms. Second, our team analyzes the request and proposes the optimal material and technology along with a quote. Third, prepress prepares a proof on our Star Proof system for your approval before printing. Fourth, we run flexo production with quality control throughout. Fifth, final inspection on our Rotoflex machine, finishing to the requested format, and delivery. The full process can take anywhere from a few days for standard labels to two weeks for more complex multilayer constructions.

Our annual capacity for processing self-adhesive material is approximately 5,500,000 m². The plant runs six printing machines in parallel: two MPS EF 340 presses with multilayer label capability, three MPS EF 330 presses for standard industrial labels, and one Gallus 3000 for specific formats. In addition, we operate finishing equipment for converting, rewinding, inspection, and foil stamping.
That is exactly why we have six machines instead of one or two. We learned the principle of redundancy from our founders: just as nature likes to keep spare parts on hand, we always keep spare capacity available. If one machine goes down for maintenance, your order shifts to another. Our three MPS EF 330 machines are identical, meaning they are interchangeable with no loss of quality or need for retooling.
We source materials from Raflatac (Finland), Fasson (Germany), Tores (Spain), and Intercoat (Germany), leading European manufacturers of self-adhesive materials. The most requested materials are always in stock in our warehouse, which means your order does not have to wait on a supplier delivery. For special materials or larger quantities, we order ahead based on your plan. The goal is for your lead time to depend only on printing time, not on material availability.
We manufacture them ourselves at our own facility, this is not resale. We produce WAX, WAX-RESIN, RESIN, and Near Edge ribbons in a range of dimensions and colors. That gives us control over quality, the ability to customize dimensions to match your printer, and fast delivery from stock. The polyester protective layer on our ribbons keeps your thermal transfer printhead from wearing out prematurely.
We hold four certifications, all for the same activity: printing self-adhesive labels. ISO 9001:2015 (QS-0612) for quality management, recertified in January 2025, valid through 2028. ISO 22000:2018 Category 1 (FS-0008) for food safety, essential for the food industry. ISO 14001:2015 (ES-0309) for environmental management. And FSC Chain of Custody (BV-COC-221179) for responsible paper sourcing, issued by Bureau Veritas in October 2025, valid through 2030.
