Yes, if the material and adhesive are matched to your cold chain. PP synthetic with a deep-freeze adhesive is designed for cycles: from the freezer to the refrigerated case, from the case to the customer's bag, from the bag to the home refrigerator. The adhesive stays stable through all temperature changes. We test on a sample roll under your actual conditions before the full run.
It depends on the bottle material and the application conditions. For glass bottles with condensation, we use a reinforced permanent adhesive. For PET bottles with a smooth surface, a standard permanent adhesive. For HDPE with a slight texture, an adhesive with stronger initial tack. We select the adhesive for your specific packaging and test it on a sample roll before the run.
A multilayer label with an extra layer beneath the main label. From the outside, it looks like a standard label with your brand and design. The extra layer provides space for the declaration in additional languages. It's produced on the MPS EF 340 machine with the Cross-Over unit in a single pass. For two languages, an open-close label with up to 4 panels is enough.
Yes. Flexo printing with up to 9 colors on our MPS machines reproduces the nutritional values table with precise lines, bold allergen markings, and small text that stays legible. The prepress team checks that the font size meets the minimum regulatory requirements before printing.
Yes. The front side carries the brand, cold foil metallic accents, selective UV coating, or embossing for a premium look on the shelf. The back side carries the complete declaration. Or a multilayer label, where the outside has the premium design and the extra layer carries the complete declaration. All in one roll, one pass on the machine.
Yes. Production is certified to ISO 22000 (food safety), certificate FS-0008, valid through January 10, 2027. That means a controlled process that monitors contamination, substance migration from the label material, and hygiene practices on the plant floor. It's verified through an annual external audit.
We run a Star Proof that's calibrated to simulate the flexo print on the specific material. You approve the colors, text, and positions before the machine starts. The servo register on our MPS machines automatically holds color position throughout the entire run. Repeat runs use the saved settings for an identical result. If a deviation still occurs, we resolve it before delivery.
For standard graphic labels, 5 to 7 business days from Star Proof approval. For repeat runs with no design changes, 3 to 5 business days.
