We print on paper materials (matte, semi-gloss, gloss, metallic, textured) and synthetic materials: PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), PET (polyester), and PVC. We select the material based on how the label will be used on the finished product.
On our MPS and Gallus flexo lines, we print up to 9 colors, or up to 8 colors plus a protective UV varnish, in a single pass. That allows for photorealistic labels with precise color reproduction.
Multilayer labels are most commonly used when a lot of text needs to fit in a small space: multilingual declarations, GHS hazard labeling in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical package inserts, or information for export products. The additional layer reveals expanded content without increasing the label's size on the product.
A multilayer label has two or three layers bonded to each other, the top layer peels back to reveal the content underneath. An open-close label opens and closes repeatedly like a book, but stays attached to the product. Both exist to fit more information in the same space.
We offer standard adhesive, a reinforced adhesive for demanding conditions, an easy-release adhesive for temporary applications, an adhesive for cold and frozen products, and specialty adhesives for wet, oily, or chemically aggressive surfaces.
Yes. For demanding conditions, we use synthetic materials (PP, PE, PET) with specialty adhesives resistant to water, moisture, oils, solvents, and chemicals. These labels are intended for the chemical industry, household chemicals, and industrial products.
The maximum print width is 430mm, and the maximum label length is 609mm. For the exact options for your specific format, send us an inquiry with your desired dimensions.
Thermal eco is the more economical option with a matte finish, less resistant to wear, and suited to short-term use (scales, retail). Thermal top has a glossier finish, is more resistant to scratching and outside conditions, and lasts longer.
Yes. All labels are delivered on rolls with cardboard cores (standard 40mm or 76mm diameter). We adjust the roll format, label count, winding direction, and label gap to match your labeling machine's specifications.
A thermal transfer ribbon is an ink ribbon used in TT printers to overprint variable data on labels: barcodes, dates, serial numbers, weight. There are three types: wax (for paper), wax/resin (for gloss paper), and resin (for synthetic materials).
We offer UV varnishing (matte and gloss), foil stamping (hot foil), embossing on our Frankini press, lamination for extra protection, perforation, and die-cuts through the silicone liner for easier release from the backing.
