The latest generation of the MPS servo flexo platform, with a fully servo-driven system and iControl automation. Having two units of this machine in operation means higher production volume and uninterrupted operation: while one machine handles the current job, the other is immediately available for the next order. They are equipped with Cross-Over and Delam/Relam modules for inline production of multilayer peel-and-reveal and open-close labels.
The previous generation of the MPS platform, with servo drive and the same Ultraflex Rail system for inline finishing. Three identical machines enable parallel production for multiple clients at the same time. This is critical capacity for medium and large runs of standard self-adhesive labels: with three lines running, RP can meet even the tightest deadlines without compromising quality.
A modular combination machine from the Swiss manufacturer Gallus, part of the Heidelberg Group. Its key advantage is the ability to combine up to six different printing processes on a single machine: flexo, offset, screen, gravure, hot foil, and cold foil. A specialized embossing (and debossing) machine from the Milan-area manufacturer DMR Elettromeccanica. Its primary application is in the chemical industry, producing the raised warning triangle required on all hazardous chemical products under EU CLP Regulation (EC 1272/2008, Annex II, Section 3.2), which serves as a tactile warning for blind and visually impaired people under EN ISO 11683. In addition, the machine is used for premium embossing on labels for wine, cosmetics, and exclusive brands.

A servo-driven modular finishing line for precise converting of printed labels. It is equipped with a Kocher+Beck DC2 cutting head, a leading industry standard that enables precise kiss-cut and through-cut cutting with magnetic flexible blades. The SCI-FI Knives system automatically positions the slitting blades in 1.5 seconds per blade, drastically cutting setup time between jobs.
A dual-purpose system combining precise die-cutting of blank labels with advanced quality inspection on a single platform. Web width up to 330 mm, maximum speed up to 305 m/min. The URC 2.0 control system with MMLD missing matrix and label detection provides 100% inspection of every print. A high-speed slitter rewinder from the Danish manufacturer GM, specialized in label finishing equipment. The machine precisely slits wide rolls into narrower webs sized to your labeling machine's dimensions. An automatic slitter for fast and precise slitting of wider material rolls. A working width of up to 520 mm handles every format coming off the MPS and Gallus machines. Automatic blade positioning shortens setup time and minimizes waste when changing dimensions.
Two machines for rewinding labels from larger rolls onto smaller rolls or webs. They adjust roll diameter, labels per roll, and winding direction to match your labeling machine's specifications.
