Yes. PP synthetic material with a wet-stick adhesive and lamination is designed for constant contact with water and ice. The label doesn't absorb water, the adhesive holds on wet glass and PET surfaces, and lamination protects the print from mechanical wear. We send a sample roll for you to test on your bottle before the full order.
Clear PP film with a clear adhesive. On a clear PET bottle, the label itself isn't visible, only the graphics are. The edges are minimized with precise die-cutting. For curved bottles, we use a thinner PP film that conforms better to the shape without bubbles or wrinkles.
Yes. For aluminum cans, we use an adhesive with reinforced initial tack (high initial tack) that grips the smooth metal surface right away. PP material conforms to the can's slight curve without the edges lifting. We test on your specific can, since manufacturers vary in surface texture.
It depends on the temperature and duration. For mild pasteurization (up to 72°C, short duration), PP with a suitable adhesive and UV coating holds up without issue. For more intensive pasteurization (85°C+), we use PET material with an adhesive resistant to high temperatures. Be sure to test with a sample roll under your actual conditions before the run.
One premium detail is enough. Embossing on the logo on the Frankini DMR machine, or a gold cold foil accent on a single element, applied inline on the MPS machine.
