Logistics labels are the simplest product in our lineup. We die-cut them and supply them on a roll, you print the variable data on your own printer and apply them to the product, pallet, or box.

Blank labels are die-cut to the desired shape with no printing at all, and you print the entire content on your own printer. Pre-printed labels have fixed elements (logo, address, border, nutritional table) printed in color using the flexo process, and you overprint only the variable data, such as barcode, weight, price, and expiration date. Pre-printed labels look more professional on the shelf since the fixed elements have flexo print quality, but they require flexo prepress and a longer lead time (5 to 7 instead of 2 to 3 days).
Yes. Rotary die-cutting cuts labels to any dimension and shape: rectangular, round, oval, or irregular. Standard dimensions are in stock for fast delivery, and non-standard ones are made to your specification. For non-standard shapes, we make a custom die-cutting tool, which is a one-time cost. For repeat orders, we use the same tool at no additional cost.
For Direct Thermal (DT) printers, use ECO paper with a heat-sensitive layer that does not require a ribbon. The print is economical but fades after 3 to 6 months. For Thermal Transfer (TT) printers, use TOP paper with a WAX or WAX/RESIN ribbon for standard conditions, or PP/PET synthetic material with a RESIN ribbon for moisture and chemicals. The wrong material on the wrong printer produces an illegible print and can damage the printhead. Tell us the printer manufacturer and model, and we will recommend the right material.
Check your printer's specification or tell us the manufacturer and model. Desktop printers most often use a 25 mm core, industrial printers 40 mm or 76 mm. Our own core stock covers all standard diameters. We match the roll diameter and the number of labels per roll to your printer's capacity. If you're not sure about these parameters, send us a photo of your existing roll and we will work out the specification.
It depends on the type of scale. If your scale uses DT printing (most retail scales do), you need ECO thermal paper. If you use a TT printer on the line, you need TOP paper with a ribbon. These are different materials and are not interchangeable, because ECO paper lacks the coated layer a ribbon requires, and TOP paper lacks the heat-sensitive layer a DT printhead activates. The most common causes are the wrong sensor detection type (gap instead of black mark, or the reverse), a mismatched ribbon width, the wrong core diameter, or a material incompatible with your print mode. Yes. Štamparija RP has its own thermal transfer ribbon production in all standard types: WAX for paper labels, WAX/RESIN for coated papers, and RESIN for synthetic materials. All ribbons are available in standard widths. You can order labels and ribbons together in the same delivery, with a guarantee of compatibility. You don't need to look for a separate ribbon supplier.

For pre-printed labels with flexo printing, the standard lead time is 5 to 7 business days from proof approval. For repeat orders, the lead time is shorter because all parameters are saved in the ERP system and do not require re-preparation.
Yes. For new customers or new dimensions, we send a trial roll for testing on your printer. You check whether the printer correctly recognizes the label, whether the print is legible, and whether the gap between labels matches your settings. Only after you confirm that everything runs without stoppages do we start the full order. This saves time and money because potential problems are caught before mass production.
For blank labels in standard dimensions, the minimum is low since there is no prepress preparation or printing involved. For pre-printed labels with flexo printing, the minimum depends on the dimensions and the number of colors, similar to industrial labels.
