AGT85 has better sensitivity (4/5 vs 3/5), higher speed (200 vs 150 mm/s), 200°C heat resistance on PET, and Oeko-Tex Class I for skin contact with babies. AGT96 is a reliable solution for standard textile applications where Oeko-Tex Class I is not required and a speed of 150 mm/s meets your needs. Both ribbons share the same print quality 5/5, scratch resistance 5/5, smudge resistance 5/5, 90°C wash resistance, and Direct Food Contact certification.
Sew-in labels (care labels) with care symbols, fabric composition, and barcodes. The print withstands washing up to 90°C. Scratch and smudge resistance of 5/5 ensure legibility throughout the product's lifespan.
In addition to textiles, AGT96 works on PP and plastic labels. For industrial markings and labels on equipment exposed to outdoor conditions where RESIN resistance to abrasion and solvents is required.

No. For children's clothing with skin contact for babies up to 36 months, we recommend AGT85 with Oeko-Tex Class I.
It requires somewhat more energy for transfer. The printer must run at a higher head energy level. For modern TT printers this is not an issue. Print quality remains 5/5.
