AG31 is optimized for plastic materials, with a durability rating of 5/5 and a high-speed rating of 5/5. AG34 is more versatile: equally good on paper and plastic, with explicit support for glossy and semi-glossy labels and outdoor applications. If your primary medium is a synthetic film, choose AG31. If you use a mix of paper and plastic media on the same printer, AG34 is the better choice.
