Color ribbons for printing on paper, coated materials, PE and BOPP films. Good resistance to scratching and smearing. Can also be used as WAX-RESIN for improved adhesion on glossy surfaces. WAX Color ribbons are designed for applications where color itself is information: sorting by category (red = urgent, blue = standard, green = approved), warehouse labeling, shift-based coding, and color-coded warnings on labels. A higher melting point (75°C) than standard black WAX ribbons (65°C) gives better adhesion on coated materials and some synthetic films. They can also be used as WAX-RESIN on glossy surfaces.
